The Farm: An Art Camp for Boys & Grils 6 to 16; original 1964 design

Suzanne Goldenberg
is delighted to direct The Farm Arts Camp.

When not at camp, Suzanne lives and works in New York where she teaches art, environmental science, and photography in public schools and community gardens. She maintains an active studio practice both at home and through documentation of her extensive travels.

Recent residencies and fellowships include: the Aljira Emerge program, Foundation and Center for Contemporary Art in Prague, Artist in Residence at The Rotunda Gallery, and BCAT (Brooklyn Community Access Cable Television) Residency. She was introduced to The Farm Arts Camp through an artist residency at the camp. She was awarded an artist grant from the Gottleib Foundation in 2004.

Suzanne holds an M.F.A. from the Maryland Institute College of Art where she received a scholarship to attend the Mt. Royal School. Upon completion of her M.F.A. she received the highest juried prize for her thesis project which involved video installations and sewn drawings.

Suzanne lives on the Lower East Side of Manhattan, NYC.

is Executive Director of the Ballibay Camps, and oversees all of its sister camps, including The Farm.

During the academic year he is an Associate Professor in the Department of Television and Radio at Brooklyn College of the City University of New York, where he designed and directs the College's interdisciplinary graduate programs in Performance and Interactive Media Arts.

John received his BA(hons.) in philosophy from Colgate University, and his MFA in electronic arts from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York.

John lives is Park Slope, Brooklyn; and enjoys exploring New York City with his sons Cairo and Marcel.
